Commercial Plumber

Position: Commercial Plumber Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire Salary: 21ph - 37.5 hours a week + overtime Benefits: Company van, fuel card, weekly pay, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, A regional MandE Contractor is looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join their growing Small Works team. The successful candidate will carry out installation and quoted works on a variety of small projects, working on a range of plumbing systems within commercial, education and healthcare environments across Cambridgeshire. As a Commercial Plumber, you will ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, in a safe working manner, within programme and to the satisfaction of the client. As a Commercial Plumber, you will have the following responsibilities: Install hot and cold water pipework, sanitaryware, valves and associated plumbing systems. Carry out alterations, upgrades and refurbishment works across a range of commercial buildings. Carry out small installation, remedial and maintenance works as required. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently. Ensure compliance with relevant plumbing regulations, Health and Safety legislation and company procedures. Complete all relevant job sheets, certification and documentation accurately and on time. Liaise professionally with clients, Project Managers and other trades on site.
