Commercial Plumber

A Commercial Plumber is required in Tooting to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and plumbing systems.

This three-month contract offers a confirmed temp-to-perm opportunity, working 40 hours per week across a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

The Role
 
As the Commercial Plumber, you''ll:

• Complete planned preventative maintenance and testing on mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot faults and identify appropriate repairs.
• Maintain AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes.
• Complete reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Carry out general plumbing repairs and pipework.

About You
 
To be successful as the Commercial Plumber, you''ll have:

• NVQ Level 3, or NVQ Level 2 with relevant experience.
• Experience within commercial plumbing or mechanical maintenance.
• Relevant experience as a Mechanical, M&E or Multiskilled Engineer would also be considered.
