Position: Commercial Plumber
Location: Mobile Across Manchester
Salary: -17-21 per hour based on a 37.5 hour week

Commercial Plumber for our client, who is a specialist M&E Service & installation provider with over 50 years of operating history and success. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of M&E equipment.

Due to continued demand, a commercial plumber is required to work from their Northwest office.

The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for reactive repairs and small works installations on Heating Pumps, Chilled Water Pumps, Pressurisation units, Expansion vessels, 3/4 Way Valves & Actuators throughout Commercial properties. The Commercial Plumber will also be expected to replace pipework; pipefitting experience is essential.

• Basic Salary -17-21 per hour hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5x & 2x

Commercial plumber Job Requirements

• Experience as a Commercial Plumber/Commercial Mechanical Engineer
• Experience working on Pumps, AHU''s, associated pipework etc
• Hold NVQ/City and Guilds in either Plumber, Heating or Ventilation
• Live within Manchester/Lancashire
• Full Driving Licence
