Commercial Operations Manager Runcorn £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + other bens Our market-leading client is looking to secure the services of a Commercial Operations Manager. This is a hands-on strategic role and part of the group leadership team. The incumbent will provide commercial, strategic and analytical support to all areas of the business Key requirements for the Commercial Operations Manager role: Direct management of UK based Customer Service and Warehousing Team Working with UK Sales Director to support the Business Development Team to achieve monthly targets and the annual business plan Working across the business to produce business cases that evaluate and support new business development Reporting and analysis of Sales, Volumes and Gross Margin, ensuring all product costings are up to date to support achievement of target margins Working with the Purchasing Manager and customer facing team to forecast and manage product availability to meet customer demand Management and co-ordination of Marketing activities, including outsourced contract, web content, exhibitions etc. Attend trade exhibitions and where necessary trade associations Improvement of the performance of the Business Unit across several key performance measures, including but not limited to customer care, service excellence, attention to detail, stock management, warehousing, and employee performance Generating a culture of continuous improvement through staff performance-related ..... full job details .....
