      <description>Location: Cambridge | Salary: &amp;pound;60000 - &amp;pound;70000/annum | Type: Permanent | Commercial Operations Lead    Role Type –  Hybrid   Location  – Cambridge – will also require occasional travel   Salary   –  £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on interview performance &amp; experience)   Full time, permanent role   We are currently offering the opportunity to improve and streamline commercial operations within an innovative biotechnology company based in Cambridge. The Role   As the Commercial Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:  	 Managing and improving the company’s CRM system, 	 Setting up and refining sales processes, 	 Automating manual tasks to improve efficiency and reduce administrative workloads, 	 Working closely with other departments to identify and resolve process gaps or inefficiencies, 	 Ensuring consistent processes, data, and ways of working across all teams and regions.
