About The Job Processing customer orders and sending them to the production team, communicating delivery updates to customers, and managing product specification changes Update demand forecasts and highlighting shortages / excess stock positions Analyse and report operational capacity vs. predicted demand and how customers and suppliers performed against the initial plan Support commercial and operational teams in making any necessary adjustments Monitoring stock levels, reporting waste, tracking deliveries and investigating discrepancies.
