      <description>Location: Gloucestershire | Salary: 48000.00-48000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Commercial OfficerThe Role:As a Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for the initial review of commercial documents. You will oversee end-to-end contract management, alongside the daily management of Synoptix IP tracking and protection. In this role, you will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders and participate in both internal and external meetings as required.This is a part-time role of 20-25 hours per week, with occasional office attendance when needed.Day to day tasking can include: Supporting the day-to-day management, including (but not limited to) developing and maintaining an effective filing and database system for recording commercial documents, including:  NDAsCustomer frameworks/agreementsSupplier frameworks/agreementsCustomer rate cardsCollaboration agreementsLicense agreementsExport control documentationSecurity aspects lettersSynoptix standard TandCsGovernance and compliance.
