Commercial Officer - DefenceSummer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Defence Sector, who is seeking a Commercial Officer for an initial 3-month assignment with an option to extend.Location: Hybrid working - Bristol or London Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will hold active SC clearance and a proven Commercial/Procurement Management background, with the following skills/experience:Experience in Public sector End-to-end Procurement.Experience in the Procurement Act 2023 andamp; PCR 2015Experience of supporting end-to-end sourcing of Information Technology/Digital Procurement contracts within the Defence or Central Government.Experience of supporting the development and delivery of complex Invitations to Tender, negotiations and contractsExperience of using Qualifying Defence Contracts (QDCs) - DesiredWorking understanding of Oracle Fusion or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning systems - DesiredTo apply, please submit your latest CV for review. ..... full job details .....
