      <description>Location: London | Salary: 35.00-35.00 Annual | Type: Contract | Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Central Government, who is seeking a Commercial Officer for an initial 6-month assignment with an option to extendLocation: London - Hybrid working   The ideal candidate will possess active security clearance and a strong background in Commercial and Procurement Management, along with the following skills and experience:Experience in end-to-end procurement within the public sector.Familiarity with the Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015.Proven experience in supporting the end-to-end sourcing of Information Technology and Digital Procurement contracts within the Defence or Central Government sectors.Ability to assist in the development and delivery of complex Invitations to Tender, negotiations, and contracts.Desirable experience in International Finance programs, including structuring development finance procurement''s, assessing financial and contractual risks, and navigating public procurement frameworks.
