The Role You''ll turn labour, equipment and site data into the insight that drives smarter pricing, stronger margins and better contract performance. From building cost models for new bids to tracking live contract profitability, you''ll be the trusted numbers person behind some big commercial decisions including the business case for cleaning robotics and automation. What You''ll Be Doing Building and maintaining cost models for tenders, renewals and contract variations Tracking contract performance against budget, flagging risks early Investigating cost anomalies and margin leakage across the contract portfolio Analysing time and attendance data to spot labour cost discrepancies Assessing cleaning equipment and robotics performance to build ROI cases Producing clear reporting for senior leadership, bid teams and contract managers What We''re Looking For Experience in a commercial or financial analyst role in the cleaning, ..... full job details .....
