They are seeking a commercially focused Commercial Marketing Manager to drive profitable growth across ecommerce, digital sales and commercial marketing activity. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how marketing drives sales. Working closely with Sales, Product, Design and Ecommerce teams, you will be responsible for customer acquisition, lead conversion, ecommerce performance and commercially focused marketing initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive profitable growth across B2B ecommerce, marketplaces and digital sales channels.Own lead generation, qualification and conversion activity across websites, campaigns and trade events.Develop strategies to acquire new customers, reactivate dormant accounts and grow existing customer spend.Manage CRM, email marketing and customer communications to improve engagement and revenue.Oversee the performance of ecommerce and marketplace platforms, including Faire UK and Faire US.Plan and deliver product launches, campaigns and promotional activity across digital channels.Produce sales materials, brochures and launch collateral to support commercial objectives.Support trade shows and exhibitions, ensuring effective lead follow-up and ROI measurement.Lead and develop a Sales Assistant and Content Creator.Use ..... full job details .....
