The role of the Commercial Manager will report direct into the Managing Director and will be fundamental in helping grow and retain the customer base by leading a team of customer service professionals, marketing and business development. Along with being responsible for the overall management of the customer lifecycle (onboarding throughout to retention of certification), the Commercial Manager will help drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and new business to help continue the organisation s growth.
