This is a predominantly office-based role, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Sales, Design, Production and Project Management teams, as well as major housebuilders and principal contractors. The role will focus heavily on contract review, commercial risk, negotiation and contract management, from pre-contract through to project delivery. Key responsibilities Review and negotiate construction contracts and T&Cs. Identify and manage commercial and contractual risk. Manage project budgets, procurement and financial controls.
