Commercial & Contract Adminstration Manager

Reading | Up to -90,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

We are urgently seeking a Commercial & Contracts Adminstration Manager to join a growing construction business specialising in architectural glazing, fenestration, structural steel and building envelope solutions across the multi-storey residential sector.

This is a predominantly office-based role, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Sales, Design, Production and Project Management teams, as well as major housebuilders and principal contractors.

The role will focus heavily on contract review, commercial risk, negotiation and contract management, from pre-contract through to project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate construction contracts and T&Cs.

• Identify and manage commercial and contractual risk.

• Manage project budgets, procurement and financial controls.

• Manage variations and contract administration.

• Provide commercial reporting and advice to the Senior Leadership Team.

• Liaise with Sales, Design, Production and Project Management to ensure contractual requirements are delivered.

• Manage commercial relationships with customers and contractors.

About you

• Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Commercial / Contracts professional

• Supply Chain Manager with strong contractual experience

You should have 5+ years'' construction experience, strong contract knowledge, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to negotiate and manage commercial issues.
