Commercial Manager

We are urgently seeking a Commercial Manager The business specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of architectural glazing, fenestration, structural steel and wider building envelope solutions, working across the multi-story residential development sectors. They re currently experiencing strong growth and are looking to add a Commercial Manager to their team. Based in the office in Reading , it is a hands-on, broad commercial role working closely with the Senior Leadership Team. You will be involved from the pre-contract stage through to project delivery. You ll work closely with the organisations Sales, Design, Production and Project Management teams, as well as commercial stakeholders within Principal Contractors and clients. The role would suit someone with 5+ years QS/Commercial/ Estimating/Contract Administration background who is comfortable with: • Financial management and procurement of contracts • Managing project budgets and implementing financial controls • Contract administration and commercial reporting • Reviwing and Negotiating Contract terms and conditions • Working within a contractor, principal contractor or construction manufacturing environment The package includes a basic salary up to £90,000 (DoE), plus company car/car allowance, bonus, pension, private medical, life insurance and 25 days'' holiday. ..... full job details .....
