Role - Commercial Manager Location - Bexley, London Salary - £90,000 to £100,000 + Package Division - Water What will you be doing? - Reporting in to the Commercial Director, act as commercial lead for our Bexley project - Manage and develop commercial staff, leading by example in best commercial practice - Proactive identification and resolution of commercial risks and potential disputes both upstream and downstream - Take responsibility for all commercial reporting, ensuring submissions are on time, accurate and in accordance with governance - Commercial Reporting including CVRs, Aged WIP, Cashflow, end of life forecasts and other ad hoc reports and tasks in support of the business What you''ll bring - Demonstrable experience working within the Infrastructure or Construction industry in a similar role. - Qualification in Quantity Surveying (BSC or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential. - RICS or CICES beneficial.
