Commercial ManagerGloucestershire - Flexible on location - Hybrid 85k About the OpportunityWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established infrastructure and specialist contracting organisation that delivers maintenance, preservation and asset enhancement solutions across major transport and construction networks throughout the UK.This is a senior commercial appointment offering the opportunity to play a key role in the strategic and financial management of a specialist business division. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leadership teams to maximise commercial performance, strengthen controls and procedures, and support the continued growth of the business.The role would suit an experienced Commercial Manager, Managing Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to take ownership of a commercial function within a growing and technically focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership across all commercial activities, ensuring robust contract administration and financial management.Oversee project cost management, forecasting, valuation processes and profitability reporting.Identify, assess and manage commercial and contractual risks whilst maintaining compliance with company procedures.Partner with operational teams to provide guidance on commercial matters throughout project lifecycles.Lead procurement activities and contribute to the development of supply chain strategies.Manage and support key commercial personnel, ..... full job details .....
