This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major infrastructure programme, providing commercial assurance and supporting complex underground construction packages. The Role You'll be responsible for reviewing Target Outturn Costs, undertaking commercial assurance activities and providing commercial advice across tunnelling works. Key Responsibilities Deliver Target Outturn Cost (TOC) assurance. Review contractor commercial submissions and estimates. Assess commercial risk across tunnelling packages. Support procurement and contractor engagement. Challenge cost assumptions and identify commercial risks. Produce detailed commercial assessments.
