The successful candidate will lead commercial activities within new build housing projects, ensuring financial performance and risk management align with company objectives.Job Duties Manage all commercial aspects of new build housing projects from inception through to completion, including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting.Prepare and present accurate and timely commercial reports to senior management, highlighting project performance, risks, and opportunities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure value for money and timely delivery.Lead tendering processes, evaluating bids and negotiating terms to secure favourable contracts.Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and implement corrective actions where necessary to maintain profitability.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and industry best practise throughout the commercial lifecycle.Collaborate with project teams to support commercial decision-making and resolve contractual issues efficiently.Drive continuous improvement in commercial ..... full job details .....
