Key Responsibilities:  Strategic Cost Planning: Lead financial modeling, initial cost planning and master budget formulation for large-scale, multi-phase infrastructure and strategic land projects. Procurement Management: Formulate and execute comprehensive procurement strategies, managing the end-to-end tender process for major infrastructure, earthworks, utilities and public realm works.
