Commercial Manager

Talentmark are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join a multinational, multi-industry company, on a contract basis for 6 months. This is a hybrid with some on-site requirements in Stone, Staffordshire. Salary: 18.21 ph PAYE or 24.18 ph via Umbrella Commercial Manager Role:Provide guidance and leadership on contract-related matters.Develop contract strategies based on company policies, customer requirements, and the overall execution strategy.Identify the contract baseline and identify areas of opportunity and potential risk.Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects on a portfolio of contracts and subcontracts.Support the Legal team in handling formal dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration proceedings.Your Background:Hold a degree in a relevant subject, or have equivalent working experience. Extensive experience in contract management.Experience within the energy sector would be a distinct advantage.Excellent stakeholder management.
