Commercial Manager

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our public sector client, who is seeking a Commercial Manager for an initial twelve-month assignment with the option to extend.Location: Hybrid working - Andover, Wyton or GlasgowAbout the role: You will be responsible for facilitating the commercial delivery of the interim contracts to sustain critical FM services.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery Commercial Management support, with the following skills and experience within a facilities management category:Extensive knowledge of both Hard and Soft FM contracts.Knowledge of Public Sector Regulations (PCR2015, PA2023, UCR2016 etc)Experience of finalisation of the commercial strategy andamp; contracts.Experience of mobilisation of the contract.Experience of drawing together the evaluation strategy and evaluation criteria.Experience of supporting finance/quantity surveyors in the development of pricing schedules to support the delivery of the requirements both fixed and variable. ..... full job details .....
