Commercial Manager

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our public sector client, who is seeking a Commercial Manager for an initial twelve-month assignment with the option to extend.Location: Hybrid working - Andover, Wyton or GlasgowAbout the role: You will be responsible for facilitating the commercial delivery of the interim contracts to sustain critical FM services.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery Commercial Management support, with the following skills and experience within a facilities management category:Extensive knowledge of both Hard and Soft FM contracts.Knowledge of Public Sector Regulations (PCR2015, PA2023, UCR2016 etc)Experience of finalisation of the commercial strategy and contracts.Experience of mobilisation of the contract.Experience of drawing together the evaluation strategy and evaluation criteria.Experience of supporting finance/quantity surveyors in the development of pricing schedules to support the delivery of the requirements both fixed and variable. ..... full job details .....
