Commercial Manager - DefenceSummer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our client in the Defence Sector, who is seeking a Commercial Manager for an initial 3-month assignment, with the option to extend.Location: Hybrid working - Bristol or LondonEssential Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a proven background in Commercial and Procurement Management, including the following skills and experience:Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations (Procurement Act 2023 andamp; PCR 2015)Hands-on experience managing procurements through CCS FrameworksProficient experience in leading end-to-end sourcing within the Defence or Central Government.Experience in developing and delivering complex Invitations to Tender, including negotiations and contractsFamiliarity with the New Transforming Public Procurement (TPP) is desiredKnowledge of Oracle Fusion or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is desiredTo apply, please submit your latest CV for review. ..... full job details .....
