(Commercial Manager) - Position Overview Our client, a well-established construction, interiors, and fit-out company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team and take full commercial responsibility for fast-track retail and leisure fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account settlement.This is a turnkey commercial role suited to a commercially astute professional capable of managing the full financial lifecycle of projects while working closely with operational teams in a fast-paced fit-out environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging projects commercially from estimating and tender stage through to final account agreementPreparing, reviewing and negotiating subcontract packages and procurement schedulesFull subcontractor procurement and commercial managementCost planning, forecasting, valuations and reporting throughout the project lifecycleIdentifying and managing commercial risk and opportunityManaging variations, change control and contractual mattersWorking collaboratively with project delivery teams to ensure commercial and operational successProducing and presenting accurate financial reports to senior managementEnsuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining margin performanceTaking full financial control and ownership of multiple fit-out projects simultaneously(Commercial Manager) - Position Remuneration Salary - £50,000 to £67,000 (Dependent on experience)Monday to Friday - 8:00 - 17:0022 days basic holiday + ..... full job details .....
