This role demands both detail-focused contract administration and strategic commercial insight.Key ResponsibilitiesContract and Notice ManagementAdminister NEC3/NEC4 contracts with expertise in contractual notices, early warnings, compensation events, and change managementInterpret contract clauses, advise project teams, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligationsCost Administration and ControlManage high-value packages with high-volume change, maintaining rigorous change control and accurate forecastingScrutinise and validate cost submissions from consultants and subcontractors against budgets and commercial targetsMaintain and update EWN and risk registers; quantify risk exposure and support mitigation strategiesEnsure disallowed costs ..... full job details .....
