Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager: Validate all tender and construction budgets to ensure strict compliance with agreed margins Advise Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Administrators on administration matters including site instructions, optimal labour allowances, accurate forecasting methods and protection of margins Work closely with the Procurement team to manage the procurement process from inception to completion, ensuring the tender process follows company guidelines on authority to let and sub-contractor agreements, and remains within budget Oversee Internal Monthly Cost Reports and Month End Reviews to ensure compliance with validated margins Liaise fully with the Finance Department Participate in, prepare and review contracts and tenders to achieve commercially advantageous outcomes and mitigate risk Assess and agree sub-contractor and supplier variations Ensure compliance with the contract ..... full job details .....
