Regional Commercial Manager - Social Housing Refurb and Decarbonisation 80-90K + Car / Allowance + Bonus + BenefitsWest and East Midlands We are working with a leading regeneration contractor to recruit a Commercial Manager to deliver a portfolio of planned maintenance and decarbonisation projects across the Midlands for Housing Associations and Local Councils.As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the commercial strategy across the region. Your responsibilities will encompass procurement, risk management, pre and post-contract activities, margin enhancement, and fostering a culture of people development across the commercial team.You will oversee all commercial operations for your contracts, collaborating with an experienced team to deliver outstanding results. Travel across sites in Leicestershire, Warwickshire and Cambridgeshire is required with this role.
