• Retail, wholesale and/or foodservice customer knowledge
• Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A genuine understanding of margins, categories and supply chains
• The energy and ambition to develop new commercial opportunities

This could suit an established Commercial Manager, Category Manager, Procurement/Buying professional or senior fresh produce traders looking for a fresh challenge.

And importantly, location is flexible, with hybrid working and travel as required.
