As the UK Commercial Lead, you\''ll take full responsibility for driving commercial strategy, supporting client-side infrastructure delivery, and setting up efficient processes to support project success. You\''ll also play a key role in building and mentoring a local commercial team as the UK business grows.About Us

Known for our collaborative approach and technical depth, we partner with clients to deliver solutions that are practical, commercially sound, and built for long-term success.This is a hands-on role that combines technical strength in cost planning and tendering with strategic input at a business leadership level.Key Responsibilities

Lead cost planning, estimating and commercial support for client-side infrastructure projectsPrepare and manage competitive tenders and commercial submissionsWork across RIBA Stages 1-4, supporting feasibility, early-stage estimating, and pre-construction activitiesConduct take-offs, develop cost breakdowns, and provide reliable commercial adviceCollaborate with project teams and contractors to maintain commercial control and ensure value for moneySupport the setup and development of a new Birmingham-based officeRecruit, mentor, and manage a growing UK-based commercial teamQualifications

Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent)10+ years\'' experience, ideally across both client-side and contractor environmentsStrong technical understanding of RIBA Stages 1-4 and pre-construction planningConfident managing tenders, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting project deliveryStrategic mindset with a practical, delivery-focused approachAmbition to lead, grow a team, and take ownership of UK commercial operationsWhat\u2019s on Offer
