This is a senior project-based commercial role requiring someone with genuine MEP and mission-critical experience. We are looking for an individual who understands the complexities of delivering large-scale mechanical and electrical packages and can take commercial ownership from procurement and subcontract award through construction, commissioning and final account. The successful candidate will be highly experienced but still hungry, ambitious and eager to make an impact. We want someone who gets involved in the detail, understands what is happening on site and works closely with the engineering, construction and commissioning teams rather than managing the project solely through spreadsheets and reports. This role would particularly suit someone who has developed through an MEP contractor or specialist subcontractor environment and has progressed from Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor into Commercial Management on major data centre or mission-critical projects.
