Commercial Manager

Our client is a market leading Scaffolding contractor who operate across the UK and Europe and are currently looking for a Commercial Manager. The Commercial Manager will support the Scaffolding Commercial Director in strengthening commercial performance, governance, reporting preparation and risk management across the UK, Ireland, Europe and international Scaffolding operations. This is a senior support role within an 80m+ specialist access business covering scaffolding, hoists, mast climbers and related access solutions. The role will assist with the preparation, analysis, challenge and evidence required for board-level reporting, while also supporting major contracts, complex negotiations, final accounts, commercial controls, team development and standardisation across the group. About The Role - Support the Scaffolding Commercial Director with day-to-day commercial governance, reporting preparation and implementation of agreed commercial controls across UK, Ireland, Europe and international operations. - Review high-risk contract terms, payment schedules, LADs, bonds, warranties, scope exclusions, under-hire, extra hire and other key commercial risks. - Ensure contract review processes, approval routes, query sheets and document control requirements are followed consistently. - Provide commercial guidance to QSs, Contract Managers, Site Managers and Operational Leads. - Lead or support negotiations on major applications, final accounts, client disputes and settlement ..... full job details .....
