Job Title: Commercial Manager Contract Dates: ASAP - Aug 2026 Location: Birmingham (No Hybrid working) OUTSIDE IR35 We are looking for a full time Commercial Manager for a contract role based in Birmingham working with a well estalibished rail company. Work Description to be undertaken: Provide commercial expertise and clear guidance on NEC contract requirements and documentation. Manage the client change control account up to and including final account. Manage the recording of progress and delays, change management and keep relevant contemporaneous records. Produce and issue target cost client application for payments in line with contract requirements and aligned with programme Earned Value. Essential Skills/Experience required: Collaborative but challenging style. Strong communication abilities with an ability to influence. Politically astute and customer focussed.
