Commercial Manager - MEPLocation: Manchester / BoltonSalary: 66,000 - 90,000The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager - MEP to play a pivotal leadership role within a growing regional business. Working closely with the Regional Director, you will help drive commercial performance, support regional growth, and oversee the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of high-value MandE projects.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute leader to influence business strategy, lead commercial operations, and contribute to the expansion of a successful engineering operation across the North West.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial function across multiple MandE projects and programmes.Develop and implement regional commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.Manage revenue, margin, cash flow and overall cost control performance.Review and oversee project budgets, forecasts, Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and final accounts.Manage variations, compensation events, claims and contractual entitlements.Support major tenders, negotiated opportunities and pre-construction activities.Review contract terms and assess commercial and contractual risk profiles.Lead commercial negotiations and support dispute avoidance and resolution.Build, develop and mentor a high-performing commercial team.Work closely with operational leaders, clients and supply chain partners to achieve successful project outcomes.Ensure robust commercial governance, ..... full job details .....
