Location: Canary Wharf, LondonSalary: Up to 108,000 + benefitsJob Type: PermanentSector: MEP / Commercial BuildProject: c. 30m Shell and Core Life Sciences FacilityContract: JCTWe are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a specialist building services contractor working on a 24m- 30m shell and core life sciences facility in Canary Wharf.This is a key commercial appointment within a high-profile London project, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the commercial function and work closely with the project and operational teams.The RoleAs Commercial Manager, you will lead the commercial management of the project, ensuring strong financial and contractual performance from commencement through to completion.Key responsibilities will include:Lead the commercial function across the project.Take ownership of contract administration and commercial performance.Manage commercial risks, opportunities and change.Oversee valuations, applications for payment and cash flow.Manage subcontractor accounts, variations and final accounts.Monitor project costs, forecasting and financial performance.Produce accurate commercial reporting for senior management.Lead commercial negotiations with clients and the supply chain.Work closely with project, operational and procurement teams.Ensure contractual obligations and commercial governance are maintained.Support the successful delivery and close-out of the project.About YouWe are looking for a Commercial Manager with a ..... full job details .....
