Commercial Manager (MEICA) - Middlesbrough (Hybrid) My client are a MEICA (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation) design and build contractor who currently have three offices nationwide and undertake works across the whole of the UK with a turnover in 2021 of circa £10 million. They have an opportunity for a Commercial Manager who will have project controls responsibility. As part of the role you will be commercially aware with a strong focus on teamwork and change management. You will be required to work autonomously and implement the companies project controls and administration strategy focussed on on time, on budget principles, utilising and contributing to the existing quality assurance system and environmental management systems, through clear strategy and proactive commitment. Role: Undertake quantity surveying duties for projects the company secures. Ensuring the correct administration of the contracts the company undertakes. Ensure that programmes are maintained and submitted in accordance with the contract. Ensure the timely submission of cost, forecast and valuation data to your seniors. Understand and implement QA policies of the company. Undertake general and contractual administration for the company. Represent the company in professional and diligent manner at all times. Establish and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, design team, authorities, utilities and associated organisations. ..... full job details .....
