Commercial Manager

We are working with an established and consistently growing contractor, currently turning over around £20m, with a strong pipeline of work and a track record of year-on-year growth. As the business continues to develop, they are looking to appoint a hands on Commercial Manager to strengthen the team and take commercial responsibility across a number of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to step up, or an existing Commercial Manager who still enjoys being close to the detail rather than simply managing from above. The business has traditionally delivered a strong pipeline of education projects, typically valued around £2m £3m, alongside a growing presence within the residential sector. They are looking for someone commercially sound, hands on and comfortable taking ownership of projects from a commercial perspective. You will work closely with the directors and senior leadership team being responsible for the commercial management of projects from cradle to grave.
