We''re working with an established main contractor looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to take full ownership of the commercial performance of one of its key construction divisions. This is a genuine senior leadership opportunity for someone who has already operated at Commercial Manager level, knows how to run a successful commercial function and enjoys having real responsibility for the numbers. You''ll be leading an established team of Quantity Surveyors, overseeing a busy portfolio of new-build construction projects and working closely with senior management to drive profitability, manage risk and ensure strong commercial performance across the division. We''re looking for someone commercially sharp, confident in their decision-making and capable of balancing the bigger picture with the detail that ultimately drives results.
