An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing UK engineering and infrastructure group delivering design, consultancy, project management and construction services across the utilities, energy and infrastructure sectors. The business is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to provide commercial leadership across live projects, support Project Managers and Directors, negotiate contracts and help protect and improve project profitability. Key Responsibilities Review and negotiate NEC3, NEC4 ECC, NEC PSC, JCT and bespoke contracts. Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks. Review and negotiate Z Clauses and bespoke amendments. Support tenders and bids with contractual risk reviews. Provide commercial support to Project Managers throughout project delivery.
