On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Commercial Manager to join on an initial 6-month contract. As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible setting commercial direction for the deal to maximise our win chance, providing oversight in deal shaping, negotiations, bid governance approvals and through to our financial and commercial bid submissions.Role: Commercial Manager Pay: 900 per day Via Umbrella Location: Remote - some travel required Contract: Monday - Friday 40Hours per week,6 Months contract IR35 Status: Inside Security Clearance: BPSS Responsibilities Commercial leadership and oversight in deal shaping, negotiations and contractingAssist the sales team to secure profitable and deliverable new business and support price to win strategyAdvise on client contract contracting vehicle type and commercial modelCommercial lead in client-facing competitive dialogue and negotiation processesIdentify, manage and report on key commercial / legal risksOversight of modelling and pricing workstream to ensure deals are profitable and risks and opportunities are fully considered and scenarios presented for deal governanceAssess the revenue opportunity versus the risk and cost profile of the pricing/commercial modelOwn and apply commercial scrutiny via deal governance gates in line with group policyLead contract negotiations with direct subcontractors, including appropriate flow-downsEnsure all customer and supplier bids/contracts are approved and reviewed in line with deal ..... full job details .....
