Commercial Manager

We have an opportunity to join a well-known Construction Contractor based in Inverness as their Commercial Manager. You will be joining a company with an impressive history who have worked on a wide range of civils project for high profile clients. They continue to win contracts across the country and are looking for an individual with a strong commercial awareness who can drive and lead the commercial function. Responsibilities: Lead commercial management of civils projects. Oversee cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Manage valuations, applications for payment, variations and final accounts. Review contracts terms. Support pricing and tender activity. Monitors project performance and margins. Work closely with management teams. Produce clear reports for senior management. Essential: Demonstrable experience working in a Commercial Management or Senior Quantity Surveyor role. Strong Civils background. Contract administration background. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Commercially astute. Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
