Working closely with Business Managers, Project Management, and Sales teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially effectively, and with risk appropriately managed. Responsibilities Support and advise on commercial strategy for major contracts, particularly Hydro and large new-build projects. Interpret, negotiate, and manage complex contract terms (NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke agreements). Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, customers, and suppliers. Develop and maintain agreed Terms & Conditions for major customers. Ensure strong commercial governance from bid through to project close-out. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure adherence to contractual obligations. Manage change control, variations, and compensation events.
