Commercial Manager - Infrastructure / Utilities (Contract, Inside IR35)Location: Tamworth (hybrid working) Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35)A growing and highly regarded project and programme consultancy is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support the delivery of complex infrastructure programmes across the Utilities, Rail and wider Infrastructure sectors.This is a client-facing contract role, embedded within project and programme teams, providing expert commercial leadership across pre- and post-contract stages, procurement, and contract management.The RoleAs Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of commercial management activities across your designated project portfolio. You will use your experience of supplier relationships, contract administration and commercial governance to drive efficiencies, manage risk and ensure robust cost control.You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making while ensuring compliance with contractual and governance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, monitor and report on all commercial aspects of projects in line with corporate governance and cost reporting requirementsLead commercial review, valuation and approval of high-value / high-risk contractor applicationsProvide expert advice on change control, scope changes and risk mitigationPrepare and process payment applications and invoices, attend valuation meetings and manage commercial correspondence ..... full job details .....
