Commercial Manager About the RoleThis role provides commercial and contractual support across project delivery, ensuring NEC contracts are administered effectively and aligned to organisational objectives. You''ll work with project teams and supply chain partners throughout the lifecycle of contracts, supporting governance processes, advising on commercial risk, contracting strategy, contract compliance and negotiation of key terms.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide commercial and contractual support across the NEC4 suite of contractsSupport negotiation and implementation of contract terms, including risk allocation and liabilitiesMonitor contractor performance against contractual obligations and KPIsIdentify and manage commercial risks and opportunitiesMaintain contract records and ensure governance compliance across the asset delivery portfolioSupport resolution, escalation and dispute management of contractual issuesExperience and Skills RequiredEssentialExperience in commercial contract management within a construction environmentStrong experience with the NEC suite of contractsExperience in contract negotiation and administrationExperience working in a multi-stakeholder environmentUnderstanding of contractual and project governance relating to commercial mattersUnderstanding of legal and contractual principles, including liabilities, indemnities and warrantiesStrong commercial and contractual acumenAbility to interpret and negotiate contract termsEffective stakeholder ..... full job details .....
