We''re looking for a Commercial Manager to join a fast growing FMCG business, supporting the growth of key retail customers and an exciting product category.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded FMCG professional who is ready to take the next step. You''ll work closely with an experienced commercial leader, gaining broad exposure across customer management, commercial planning and category growth, with an opportunity to progress into a Senior Commercial Manager role over time.

• Manage and develop relationships across four key retail customers, including major supermarkets.

• Support customer negotiations and promotional planning.

• Analyse sales and market data to identify growth opportunities.

• Work closely with Supply Chain to optimise forecasting, availability and in store execution.

• Support pricing, promotional and product strategy.

• Identify opportunities to grow the category across existing and new customers.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Account Management teams.

• Progressively take ownership of customer relationships and the wider category.

You''ll be a commercially driven and proactive individual with:

• Experience in FMCG, Sales, Account Management or Category Management.

• Strong commercial and analytical skills.

• Experience managing customer relationships and working with senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• A proactive, ambitious and results focused approach.

• The ability to turn data and insight into clear commercial actions.

• A genuine interest in developing within a growing FMCG business.

-40,000 + car allowance + discretionary bonus + additional benefits.
