Your New Role As Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial function across a portfolio of significant residential developments, ensuring robust financial control, effective risk management and the successful delivery of commercial objectives.Working closely with operational teams and senior leadership, you will provide strategic commercial direction from pre-construction through to final account, whilst leading and supporting a high-performing commercial team.
