Please note this role is 3 days onsite per week at the Swindon location, please only apply if you are able to attend the office 3 days per weekJob Responsibilities:We are seeking a motivated and capable individual to join the Procurement and Commercial team as a Senior Buyer on a fixed-term contract through to March 2028.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering procurement strategies across a diverse portfolio of goods, services and works. The team supports a wide spectrum of procurement activity, providing procurement expertise and routes-to-market advice to stakeholders across the business. You will apply relevant commercial knowledge to translate requirements into appropriate procurement approaches, supporting procurement strategies, frameworks, sourcing and tendering activity and the delivery of improved procurement outcomes and value.The role offers the opportunity to broaden and further develop existing procurement experience and commercial awareness across procurement strategy development, frameworks, sourcing delivery, supplier engagement and stakeholder management.
