The Commercial Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and new build bespoke hosues. The company has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

Commercial Manager Role

You''ll take lead of the Commercial division. Overseeing 5 quantity surveyors and an assistant you''ll be responsible for overseeing the division, Profit and Loss and supporting the new generation.

Projects range from -5 million to -30 million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East has to offer.

The Commercial Manager - Requirements

• 5 years + Experience
• Ideally you will have experience of Prime / Super prime property experience
• Experience of working for a main contractor
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The desire to lead and build teams
