Commercial Manager LOCATION: Hull and Yorkshire SALARY: Excellent + Company Car GW Power is an established MandE, renewable technologies, maintenance and decarbonisation provider delivering projects across commercial and public-sector estates. Its portfolio spans electrical and mechanical installations, service and maintenance, testing and compliance, and low-carbon technologies. Due to expansion they require a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor ready for a step up. Reporting to the Operations Director, you ll take ownership of the commercial performance of projects across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is ready to step into a broader commercial leadership role while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day commercial management of projects. Working alongside contract managers, estimators, accounts, site teams and clients, you ll manage projects from contract review through to completion. You ll oversee valuations, variations, cost control, cash flow, contractual risk and project profitability, ensuring the business maintains a clear and accurate understanding of each project s commercial position. Alongside managing your own commercial responsibilities, you ll have the opportunity to develop GW Power s commercial function, introduce greater consistency across processes and provide trusted commercial guidance to operational teams and Directors.
