This role will be fully on-site. This role will support the wider Commercial function across contract management, strategic bids, commercial negotiations, risk management and compliance, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage with global sales partners, customers, governments and suppliers while supporting the business in minimising commercial risk and maximising margin and cash. Key Responsibilities: Draft and administer terms and conditions of contract. Draft and review commercial agreements, including Software Licence Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Teaming Agreements. Manage a portfolio of partner agreements, including contract renewals, performance obligations and governance throughout the contract lifecycle. Provide commercial support to in-flight contracts, including contract change management, monitoring contractual obligations and managing commercial risk.
